Humanity Lodge in Toronto belongs to the International Order of Freemasonry for Men and Women LE DROIT HUMAIN. Humanity is the first lodge of “Le Droit Humain” to be consecrated in Ontario. Its members meet in English in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Membership applications are accepted from all, without distinction of ethnicity, or personal beliefs.

Freemasons are people who seek knowledge of themselves, and the world around them, through the study of, and participation in, symbolic rituals. Being a Mason is not to benefit a career or progress in the commercial sense, nor to simply partake in a healthy social life. Freemasons work through self-understanding and improvement to achieve harmony with the wider world and thereby to benefit mankind.

Our Order is founded on the ancient teachings and traditions of Freemasonry and works a system of initiatory continuity from the 1st to the 33rd degree in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite.

We invite Toronto-area liberal male and female Freemasons who wish to work with us, as well as anyone who is considering becoming a  Freemason, to contact us.
